Jesus literally starts GLOWING on a mountain and Moses and Elijah pull up for a chat — Peter wants to build tents because he doesn't know what else to do
Jesus takes Peter, James, and John up a high mountain and His whole appearance changes — face shining like the sun, clothes blazing white. Then Moses and Elijah just casually appear and start talking with Him about what's about to go down in Jerusalem. Peter, absolutely losing it, suggests building three shelters (classic Peter trying to be helpful). God interrupts with a cloud and says 'This is my Son — LISTEN TO HIM.' The disciples faceplant in terror. Understandable.
Matthew
The Mountain Glow Up Nobody Was Ready For
Jesus takes His inner circle up a mountain and literally starts glowing. Moses and Elijah pull up, God speaks from a cloud, and the disciples are shook beyond words. Then back at ground level, Jesus handles what the disciples couldn't — and drops the mustard seed faith line that still hits different.
Mark
Glowing Up on a Mountain and Getting Real About Faith
Jesus literally glows on a mountain, heals a boy the disciples couldn't help, and then catches them arguing about who's the GOAT. Plus an exceptionally raw prayer: "I believe — help my unbelief." No cap, this chapter hits different.
Luke
Power Moves, Plot Twists, and the Real Main Character
Jesus gives His crew authority over demons and diseases, then feeds 5,000 people with a kid's lunchbox. Herod is shook trying to figure out who Jesus is, and Peter finally says what everyone needed to hear. Then Jesus hits them with the cost of following Him.
