God's gift, both biological and eternal — the central good Scripture invites humanity to receive
Genesis 2:7 says God breathed life into the first human. Jesus said he came that we might have life "and have it abundantly" (John 10:10). The Bible distinguishes biological life (Greek "bios"), soulish life (Greek "psyche"), and eternal life in God (Greek "zoe"). All three are gift, and all three flow from one source.
