Meshech

Son of Japheth and grandson of Noah, Meshech appears in the Table of Nations in Genesis 10 as an ancestor of a people group in the ancient Near East. He is frequently paired with Tubal in prophetic writings, particularly in Ezekiel 38–39, where their descendants are depicted as northern nations in apocalyptic visions.
