The woman at the well — Jesus revealed He was the Messiah to her before almost anyone else
An unnamed Samaritan woman Jesus met at Jacob's well in Sychar (John 4). She came at noon — an unusual time, likely to avoid the other women. Jesus asked her for water, then revealed He knew about her five previous husbands and current situation. He told her He was the Messiah, making this one of the most direct messianic declarations in the Gospels. She ran back to town and brought the whole village out to meet Him.
