God picks Jeremiah before birth, then takes him to a pottery studio for a life lesson
God tells teenage Jeremiah 'Before I formed you in the womb I knew you' and appoints him as a prophet to the nations. Jeremiah tries the 'I'm too young' excuse but God shuts that down. Later, God sends him to a potter's house where the potter reshapes a flawed pot — showing that God can reshape Israel however He wants. The original 'I made you and I can remake you' energy.
Before Jeremiah ever took a breath, God had already written his assignment — prophet to the nations. This chapter is the blueprint for what happens when God calls someone who feels completely unqualified and says 'I'm sending you anyway.'
JeremiahGod Said Go Watch a Potter — And It Wrecked MeGod sends Jeremiah to a potter's shop for a live object lesson about sovereignty. The clay gets reshaped, Israel refuses to. Then the people literally plot to take Jeremiah out, and he fires back with one of the rawest prayers in the Bible.
