Lazarus has been dead four days and Jesus shows up and says 'come out' — and the dead man literally walks out of the tomb still wrapped in burial cloths
Mary and Martha send word that their brother Lazarus is sick, but Jesus intentionally waits two more days before heading to Bethany. By the time He arrives, Lazarus has been dead and entombed for four days. Martha meets Jesus and says 'if you had been here, he wouldn't have died.' Jesus drops the iconic 'I am the resurrection and the life' line, then weeps at the tomb (shortest and most powerful verse in the Bible). He tells them to roll away the stone — Martha warns it's gonna smell. Jesus prays, then shouts 'LAZARUS, COME OUT!' and the dead man walks out wrapped in linen. This miracle is so undeniable that the religious leaders start plotting to kill Jesus over it.
