Assyria came back from near-death with Tiglath-Pileser I running campaigns everywhere and flexing on the whole region
After barely surviving the Bronze Age Collapse, Assyria got a second wind under Tiglath-Pileser I (reigned ~1114-1076 BCE). He campaigned against Aramean tribes, pushed to the Mediterranean coast, and even went on a boat ride with the Phoenicians. His royal inscriptions are some of the most detailed Assyrian records we have from this period. This was just the preview — Assyria would eventually become the ancient world's most feared empire, but Tiglath-Pileser I was the OG comeback king.
