One of Jacob's twelve sons and the tribe descended from him

Definition

Son of Jacob and Leah. His tribe settled in the region of Galilee. Isaiah prophesied that the land of Zebulun and Naphtali would see a great light — fulfilled when Jesus began His ministry there.
